LABOR COSTS
Equitus works with each customer to integrate all relevant data sources with their dedicated Equitus® Architecture. Our team will configure and install the Equitus® Architecture at the agreed upon location and will familiarize initial users to achieve Initial Operational Capability (IOC), ensuring that the system meets the end-user’s specific mission requirements. Full Operational Capability (FOC) is considered complete when a minimum of two (2) client users are fully trained, and all tools are operational. Equitus will provide Subject Matter Experts (SME) and development resources to customize the delivered system under client supervision and direction. Upon completion of FOC, Equitus will provide ongoing support to new users and integration support for enhancements.
